II. The requirements for Trademark Registration in Indonesia submitted by a Legal Entity are as follows:
1. President Director's Passport
2. Company Deed of Establishment
3. Company Email
4. Company Telephone Number
5. President Director's Mobile Phone Number
6. Trademark and Logo in jpeg format
7. Description of Goods and Services based on Nice 11
8. Power of Attorney from an Intellectual Property Consultant
9. Digital Signature in jpeg format
Previously, passports and company deed of establishment that had not been translated into Indonesian had to be legalized at the Indonesian Post Office and the company deed translated into Indonesian by a sworn translator. However, based on the latest information from the Directorate General of Intellectual Property Rights (DJIP), the Ministry of Law of the Republic of Indonesia, it is sufficient to attach the unlegalized passport and the company deed of establishment in a foreign language without requiring translation into Indonesian by a sworn translator.
